Welcome To The Biggest Loser 2014 - Fitblr Edition

A quick recap on last nights episode (in case you missed it) 
Competitors were challenged to break through their own excuses and delve deeper into what has brought them to the point that they’re at. They met with a doctor for a reality check on where they are headed if they don’t get their eating and exercise in order and where they can be if they do. The challenge involved a long obstacle course where the teams had to carry a 60 pound weighted punching bag through constructed walls with popular excuses written on them “work, fear, food, responsibilities”. The white team pulled a fun little prank on their trainer, telling her she had to pick one of them to go home which led to tears by her (I was so moved by that) but before it got too far they gave up the joke and told her the good news! 
The weigh in pulled some big numbers and some not so big and ultimately resulted in the red team having to vote someone off, but as always be prepared for the plot twist! 

The Challenges 
1) You’re a member of the red team now - plan, do and share with us about a workout done without the gym. Get creative! (But try not to rearrange your families living room in the process) 
2) What’s a barrier that’s standing in your way? How do you plan on knocking it down? 
3) Time to knock down the excuses - do a workout that you’ve let excuses hold you back from! Whether it’s an attempt at running or trying out a new machine at the gym! 
4) Write about what pain has caused you to be where you are today and how you can overcome it. If you want, share it with us. 
5) If you could work with one if the trainers from TBL, who would you pick and why?

You have until Wednesday to complete these challenges
These are 110% optional. We encourage you to try but it’s not required. 
There are no winners, it’s all about fun and motivation
We want to remind you again that losing five, twelve, and fourteen pounds in a week is not usual and not expected. We encourage you all to do this in the healthiest way possible for our competitors.
